Refugee

In the past few weeks, we've been reading a book called Refugee. Every week we have a activities based on the book. Something I found easy was doing the activities. Something I found hard was finishing it in the right time. Maybe next time I could add more information about the it.

babysitting

In the past few weeks, we've been learning about K.O.S(Keeping our self safe). And our task was to make a DLO about Babysitting because it was one of the topic in K.O.S. What I enjoyed was putting some of my experiences and taking that knowledge to put in my own words. What I found hard was adding more information but I think I done enough.Something I need to work on is adding more pictures to make it interactive.

My ballad

In room 6, we've been learning about Ballad. Our task was to make our own one. Something I found easy was making my it short so it rhymes easily. Something I found hard was finding rhyming words. Maybe next time I could add more figurative languages on it. 

Going to School

A B A B

As I smell the sausages in the pan,

I know it’s time to wake up,

Mum prepares the spaghetti in the can,

And I forgot to wash the cups,

I know it’s time for school,

to learn to write to play,

But I have to clean the tools,

So I can go away,

Finally I am here,

And I can see my friends,

It’s time to use my ear,

To get my books and pens,

It’s basically time for maths,

1, 2, 3, 4, 5,

It’s time for basic facts,

What’s half of 45?

Lunch finally starts,

I like to talk and play,

But I wanna do some art,

So I can say “YAY”,

Finally it’s time to go,

To sleep and to rest,

But I really have to know,

That day was the best,

Angles

For the past few weeks, we've been learning about Angles and we were watching some videos about it. Our task was to make a interactive DLO(digital learning object) to show what we learned. What I enjoyed was making the questions and putting some knowledge that I know before. Something I found hard was making my DLO interactive. Something I could work on is adding more pictures to it and adding more information to solve angles.

Recount

In room 6, we've been writing our own recount. It was about our holidays. It was fun making it because I can reflect and tell my holidays. Something I found hard was making my recount more exciting. But maybe next time I could add more Figurative Language on it and adding more different punctuation like: semicolon, ellipsis, colon, and more. 

Cinemas

On the 17th of April, we went to the Westfield to watched some movies. I was with my mum and my sisters. Mum decide to go on a bus because she can’t be bothered driving, so we walked there.

As I step on the bus, I felt really excited. I sat on the chair and scream to my head with my excitement. Meanwhile, we were missing something. It was dad, he wasn’t there because he’s at work. But in the bright side, we can spend some time with mum because sometimes we don’t see her often and she does a lot of work.  While I was waiting, mum whispered to me that were not watching Avengers Infinity War and were watching Peter Rabbit. But who cares anyways, it’s okay for me as long as they’re happy, I’m happy.

After a few minutes, we were there. I was so excited that I could barely jump everywhere in the road. They were excited too, like me. After a while, we were there after are long journey of our excitement. But we have to wait a little bit more time because were to early. Soon, mum bought our ticket, a large bucket of popcorn, and two huge drinks because I’m kinda full from breakfast. Within seconds, it was time to go inside of the theatre. I was so happy that I can take everyone’s popcorn and make it rain.

Finally, it was time to watch. They basically ate the half of the popcorn before we watch the movie. I was kinda angry about it, but I was still happy because we didn’t have this time before. It was funny and we have a wonderful time. Maybe next time we could split up to watch our own movie and have our own food. So we don’t fight, but it was worth a time with them.
