Activity 1 - Giants among us

I would like to visit the Tane Mahuta one day because I am thrilled to see it and I wanna investigate the history about it.

Activity 2 - Fabulous Ferns

My favorite uniform is the Silver fern one because I like how they designed it.

Activity 3 - Weird and Wonderful

Let’s imagine that you are given a cactus for your birthday. To keep it alive, you must give it 3 ml of water every day.

Over one full year, how much water will you need to give your cactus plant? 1.095 litres
- There are 365 days in a year

- Each day you need to give the cactus 3ml water

365 x 3ml = 1.095 litres

Week 1 - Day 1

Activity 1 - Top 3 facts about New Zealand
1) New Zealand is also known as Aotearoa which means the land of the long white cloud.
2) The official language isn't only English but it is Maori too.
3) Wellington is the capital city of New Zealand although Auckland is the biggest city.

Activity 2 - My hometown

My hometown is Quezon City, Philippines. Its a great place with parks, swimming pools, forest, and restaurants. It is also a busy city with lots of cars and buses driving through. I love to live there because it's always summer and it's the best place to walk around. Quezon City is very special to me because not only I was born there but seeing people keeping my culture alive makes me proud.

In room 6, we've been making art about the nativity scene.

What I enjoyed is painting the background. What I could work on next time is adding more features.

3 Safety flying tips
1) Listen to the instructions from the flight attendant
2) Put your seat belt on before the plane goes.
3) Make sure you don't panic when there's an emergency, just do what they told you to do.

My own Story

W.A.L.T.. create our own story book and to be creative. What I enjoy is drawing the pictures. What I found hard is writing the story. What I should work on next time is adding more into it.
